Augustine "Auggie" Aranda II (CEO)
As CEO and founder of All Aquatics & Kids Playgrounds, Auggie brings a great deal of knowledge to the business with a lot of passion. With his start in the mid 90’s within the waterpark industry, then moving on, it led him to find his place within the commercial playground and splashpad industry. Today, with 23 years of combined experience, his vision is to ensure every park design has safe, compliant, sustainable play and aquatic spaces that families and kids can enjoy for generations. As he proudly says, “It’s all for the good of the kids!”
Tammy Emert (CFO)
Tammy has had a successful career within the accounting field for over 50 years. She takes great pride in being organized, thorough and articulate with her accounting abilities. Tammy has spent 30 years working in the swimming pool, commercial playground and splashpad industry where her knowledge extended to include project coordinator and scheduler. Tammy handles both accounting and projects with knowledge and dedication from inception to completion.
Joy Glade (Sales & Business Development)
Growing up in a family-owned commercial swimming pool business, Joy has been around the aquatics industry for most of her life and with more than 20 years of experience, making the move into splash pads and now including playgrounds was a natural and exciting new chapter. Joy brings a unique combination of industry knowledge, relationship-building and a genuine passion for helping clients create great spaces for their communities.
Priscilla Johnson (Office & Order Administrator)
Having begun her administrative career in the construction industry, Priscilla has over 10 years of experience providing administrative support to her team and their clients. New to the playground and splash pad industry, Priscilla has now taken on the role of order processing and assists her team members in helping bring a client’s vision to life.
